We ship internationally free on orders over $200. If your order is under $200 the shipping fee in $29.99.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Customers can request other shipping at anytime before an invoice is paid. If a customers agrees to our free shipping it will include USPS priority mail or First class shipping.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once an invoice is paid, an order is typically processed within 3-5 days. This gives us time to prepare your shipment and deliver it to the appropriate mail carrier.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Because of the current pandemic, shipping times may vary. We do our best to get your shipment to you with 7-10 days, but we do not have control of mail distribution. You may request faster shipping anytime before your invoice is paid. Orders totaling $1000 or more will receive expedited shipping.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash App and Paypal.

What are the taxes on my invoice?

Applicable taxes of 4% sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax exemption form is provided PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE. * Buyer’s Service Fee of 18% will be charged. If you’d like the premium tax to be removed from your invoices. We offer a monthly subscription that will lower your total costs.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Before bidding on one of our auctions, you must register.
Once you’ve registered, you will need to add a payment method. If a payment method is not added we will email you an invoice once the auction is over.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

Once an auction is closed and winners are declared, we will send an invoice to request payment. We typically allow 48-72 hours for an invoice to be paid. If it isn’t paid by then, you will forfeit your items. If we are not informed or updated pertaining to your order in the allotted time, you bidding privilege’s may be restricted.

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted on most items. If the item was not what shown in the description, we will oblige the request. We cannot accommodate your request if it’s a personal issue or you just decide you don’t want the item.
